WELLHOUSE MARKET
Wellhouse Market is a food pantry that serves the community of Sisters. We are open to the public weekly on Thursdays at 3pm at 222 N Trinity Way. Wellhouse Market offers both in-person shopping as well as drive-thru pick up. We provide meat, deli items, bread, fresh produce as well as pantry items. Offering groceries is a great way to love on the families in our town, the homeless & those that are just going through an occasional tough season.
There are no qualifications required to come shop for groceries – everyone is welcome! We have the privilege of receiving donations from several local grocery stores, non-profits & personal donors from our church as well as the community.
Every week we have a team of wonderful volunteers that come to sort donations and prepare the shopping layout for participants as well as box up groceries for the drive-thru. We are so thankful for the community of support that makes it possible for us extend the generous hand of Christ to our community in the practical way of meeting basic food needs.
WELLHOUSE GARDEN
Wellhouse Church has recently started a new ministry of growing a garden to provide produce to the Wellhouse Market, with a vision to expand our reach in the future as the operation grows. We began the summer of 2022 with a 20 x 60 outdoor space, with plans to install 2 70x30ft greenhouses which will house more raised beds as well as an aquaponics system. We have big dreams for what this space will become. Please join us in prayer that God would continue to give us favor to grow produce and that he would provide all that we need to accomplish what He has in mind for our food pantry and our Sisters community.
